used to create personalized letters and pre-addressed envelopes or mailing labels for for mass mailing.
5.) Is there a way to standardize the format of your MS Word document? How?
Kindly give at least 2 answers.
By using the default setting. and change the default normal document of you MS Word.
To set the default setting, just simply set the document that you want then set as default.
Example, just go to file then select page setup and after you set, click default at the bottom right of the dialogue box on page setup. For the font, go to format on the menu bar then select font, font dialogue box will appear, then set the font that you want and set as default.
Another is set all whatever you want to appear when you open the MS Word. The go to file on the menu bar the select save as and change the "Save as type" of your document by Document Template, the the filename should be "Normal" then save. Thats it!!

Go to tools on the menu bar, then select Language and choose set language, after that dialogue box will appear then check the " Detect Language Automatically".
Another, Go to tools on the menu bar then select Spelling and Grammar or F7 for shortcut key.
