spreadsheet application is computer application that displays multiple cells that together make up a grid consisting of rows and columns.
2.) What is the use of MS Excel in the business?
MS excel is able to calculate large numbers automatically, it is use to create balance sheet, used to encode multiple data that arranged, and for analyzing and organizing business data
3.) What command will you use to change the page layout and the format of the sheets of a workbook?
Step 1 - Click file in the menu bar
- select page setup
- then, the dialog box will appear
- set the page, margin, or sheet that you want to change
- then click "OK".
4.) What is circular reference? And kindly give an example of circular reference.
Circular reference is a formula that refers back to its own cell whether directly or indirectly.

You may notice an arrow, so by that, you may trace the precedence where is the original cell that contains error.

By looking at the status bar, you may see whether you worksheet has a problem or errors.

You may try numbers that you can solve by yourself and try it on the sheet if it will be the same, so by that you will know if your answer is correct.

Select page setup.
Change the setting from margins, orientation, and paper size.
